Online version: List of contents cannot be hidden #38

When viewing the online version of the book from a mobile device like a tablet, the list of contents is relatively wide and cannot be hidden, see here.

I think this is a bug in Apple’s browser. The menu bar is there, actually, it’s just not visible. But it works. If you click on the upper left corner next to the TOC then the TOC collapses. Also, if you scroll to the bottom of the page and then slowly scroll further the menu bar becomes visible for a moment.

In any case, I didn’t program the template, so there’s nothing I can do. This may be an issue to report to the bookdown package.
