File not found on fromFile with "crazy" Filenames #292

Hi, ran into a challenge with "crazy" Wikpedia filenames ... SimpleImage throwing "file not found".

Example: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/41/Rammstein_at_Wacken_Open_Air_2013_06.jpg/640px-Rammstein_at_Wacken_Open_Air_2013_06.jpg

("seems" to be happening with these URLs with twi .jpg in there).

No - that is not the reason ... the "example" started working without doing anything. Others still don't. Let's close for now ...
