Update language select option for zh #372

Based on the suggestion in #325 , I updated the language select option. Additionally, I just finished the CrowdIn translation of Chinese.

I would be great if you can get this merged and translation synced.

@clawfire Sorry for pinging but just wanna make sure you see this.

As Taiwan government recently announced policies that requires people to show their vaccination record when entering certain public spaces, it will be great if this site can be updated with latest Chinese translations from CrowdIn at this moment.
