Restored the GeoClaw notebooks, which are now converted to html for the gallery.
Updated some classic and amrclaw notebooks to Python3.
Added text to the top of each notebook with pointers to the apps repo and to the gallery.

How did you convert these to Python3? Did you do this by hand or is there a utility to do this?

I did it by hand -- I generally only had to change print statements.
