Replaced tests/ directory with regression tests that run codes and check sum of output values.
Based on what's in clawpack/amrclaw#69 but improved a bit and checks sum of q values on full grid rather than gauges.
Only two tests so far, one in 1d and one in 2d.
Also modified .travis.yml to see if this works with travis.
