New input params #29

This is required to go along with the new input params in the amrclaw repository. Major changes to clawdata.py

There is also a conversion tool for converting a 4.x amrclaw app to 5.0 with these new parameters. Works pretty well on setrun.py but doesn't fix up the index reordering or the Makefile, just prints warning messages and provides a template Makefile.
