geoclaw contains src examples tests

geoclaw/src contains 1d 2d 3d python matlab

geoclaw/src/2d (for example) contains shallow debris seismic

geoclaw/src/2d/shallow contains tsunami surge dambreak

geoclaw/src/python/geoclaw contains data.py geoplot
topotools dtopotools

geoclaw/examples contains chile2010 bowl-slosh seismic-example etc.
