Currently there is no way to use aux array values for plots specified in setplot.py. Add functionality to read in aux files and use in plotting.

Currently it is possible, but if we merge #110 then it will become impossible and this issue will actually exist. Right?

I don't think this issue exists now, so I'm closing.
