Fix 1D plotting mapc2p #250

There is a bug in plotting mapc2p function in frametools, under plotitem1. The mapc2p function works on floating numbers, not an array of computational coordinate.

You need to remove a bunch of files from this PR. None of the *.pyc files should be in there.
