Print dialogue disappears if focus changed if moved away from printer dialogue #53

Sometimes when printing a job need to check a file name or location in another application.

If the focus is changed the print dialogue moves into the backgroun and does not reappear. Also does not appear in taskbar.

In version 0.8.7 a setting was added that the print job windows are displayed above all windows. This is enabled by default.
