adds subsite support. allows for the following file structure inside of sites:

sites
    - site-name
        - subsites
            - subsite-name
                - media
                index.js
                bootstrap.yaml
                config.yaml
    index.js
    bootstrap.yaml
    config.yaml

required config for subsites:

• protocol
• path
• host
• port
• assetPath
