Runtime permissions #5

Although our target is not this but for the devices with Android 6+, the runtime permission dialogue for camera does not popup resulting in non-functioning app.

Tested on Yu Yuphoria Android 6.0.1.

Tested on Nexus 5 running Android 6.0.1, it shows the permission dialogue but torch does not work.

It shows permission-dialog in runtime so I am closing this issue. For more issues in newer Android versions, see #11.
