Rikaikun doesn't work on pages loaded with file:// url

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable rikaikun
2. Check that it works on remote sites
3. Drag a local html file onto chrome
4. Mouseover a word

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Receive no output.  Expect it to work the same as other sites - it's working 
fine on sites loaded with http.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacOSX, running developer channel of Chrome (15.0.861.0)

Please provide any additional information below.
Also have ScriptNo and Adblock extensions installed, but I'm not sure if they 
make any difference.
