Apart from red "on" display, does nothing. #93

It used to work a very long time ago, then the blue box stopped popping up at 
all and apart from the icon existing next to the URL bar, it's like it's not 
there.

My chrome version is current, I have turned it off and on again, and I've 
uninstalled and reinstalled. It -does- work in Canary. But I don't like Canary.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium.
