Admin Quest view Enhancement...

Allow a drop down button that would let you see quests that are set for various levels.

I.E. What quests of the 10 are available for level 1, just level 2 East.

Helpful when building a quest rich course.

This is going to require a complete redesign of the quest management view. It's going to take some thinking.
