Levelup Problem (Admin view problem) #61

Clay, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought it was broken because that is what I saw from the admin panel. Now I know that is what is broken. When I click the student view from in the admin panel on the student page I still only see the original non-finished quests.

I think, that button, the one that looks like a book, should show me the quests they are allowed to do at this moment. This is the thing that is not working.
