Enhancement: Hyperlink in response #64

Setting up the quest or having students respond I would love it if hyperlinks worked. Now they appear as regular text. This would be helpful!

Thanks for all the work. Students are loving it!

They can insert links through the WYSIWYG bar. Automatically parsing them is another story.

My WYSIWYG Bar does not have the ability to add links.

Oh, looks like there's an issue with the plugin. It'll take a bit of time to figure this one out.

Switched dev version to use Froala, gets some extra additions as well
