Enhancement: Student and Teacher View of past assignment #71

Once graded, when you look at the quest for that student you don't see the uploaded file. We, the students and I, would like to still see our file.

in development environment, students now can see attached files for the latest version.

For teachers, you can do this by flipping through the revision history. Students also can view previous submissions with their files attached for that version.
