Currently uses an initializer in config/autoload/dam4.global.php

Delegator added, but not working properly.

Delegator now working, but the PhpTracker factory is having issues.

Fixed. Was getting called with a controllerManager as the serviceLocator so it couldn't get() a service_manager class.
