Upgrade Floki to 0.29.0 #30

I've upgraded Floki to 0.29.0 and removed some deprecation warnings.

By the way... I noticed the lib has some flaky tests that you can see by running mix test enough times:

Thanks for the PR, apologies for the delay in addressing it. I've cut a release with floki at 0.30 — please update to v0.5.0. Thanks!
