No reads with the length of 250bps aligned with contigs #9

Hi all,

Recently I'm trying to use kairos assess module and I found that it only worked with 150 bps reads. 250bps reads couldn't be mapped back to contigs. May I know how to fix this?

Hi there! Can you provide more details where the error occurred? what stage or what parameter are you modifying?

Hi Connor. The strange thing is no error was encountered yet they can't be mapped to the contigs as the output of salmon showed that. And I didn't modify any parameters.

Hmmm that is really odd. Are you able to share your .nextflow.log file for the run?
