Add code for search and select max weighted area across multiple signatures. We tested code based on two signature: one defined as red (weight = 10); the other defined as blue (weight = 1)

@clbarnes Probably it is better to merge it to master before sam etc. start their code, since we change a little bit everyone's codes as adopting the use of vision.py.
