Add support for Radeon RX 6950 XT

AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT was released on May 2022 after the last commit. readontop recognized the card but is unable to get the right model as below. 0a:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI]

It will be nice to properly identify it.

I added 73a5 in https://github.com/clbr/radeontop/pull/145/files#diff-07bc4878196eea5d1fcb941a9f32701316f33a018f7a66e50d5a000c50d44552R600

The proper command is lspci -nn. Without the -nn, I had to run cat /usr/share/misc/pci.ids | grep '6950 XT' to find it was 73a5 Navi 21 [Radeon RX 6950 XT].
