I don't know why but when I used obs-gstreamer to record "GStreamer Encoder H.265," it showed up in the UVD. The VCE bar was at 0. Simultaneous H.264 decode added to the UVD, and noncontemporary H.265 decode also showed up as UVD. Only "GStreamer Encoder H.264" shows up properly as VCE. I'm on "radeontop v1.4-6-g258162f, running on POLARIS11 bus 01, 120 samples/sec".
Those two srbm registers might not be doing what we expected. AMD might even have just combined the two in the reports. Anyway, they are probably combined in VCN too.
