Automate version increasing for windows #38

Before releasing we need to bump the windows specific keys and run make generate IE - https://github.com/clburlison/bakeit/commit/cb27b6ce0b373795c1297454e42ef2841fbe1e2d

It would be great if we could script this process.

Using bakeit.exe version --full and bakeit version --full will give us a bunch of build information for free so we don't need to worry about macOS or Linux.
