pyeo.core no longer exists. It has now been split into separate modules:

-- pyeo.raster_manipulation: For manipulating raster data. Includes sentinel-2 preprocessing functions.
-- pyeo.classification: For training and classifying models.
-- pyeo.coordinate_manipulation: For transforming between vector data and pixel coordinate space.
-- pyeo.filesystem_utilities: For extracting information from granule paths, logging, and other filepath related functions.
-- pyeo.validation: Functions for validating existing models.
You will need to refactor your code for the new filestructure to work - see the documentation for where your functions have gone.
Several new apps
--generate_stratified_sample_points - This takes an .ini file and generates a set of stratified sample points with confidence intervals, using the methodology in Olaffson etal
--extract_signatures and create_model_from_signatures - These respectively extract data from a shapefile-raster pair into a CSV, and create a model from such a CSV.
--download_and_preproc_area - Downloads images for an area and performs atmospheric correction, pyeo preprocessing and (optionally) stacking of raster pairs.
--simple classification - Classifies an image from a model
