Major addition of features to enhance pyeo.

[x] changed download API from scihub to dataspace as Scihub is will be deprecated from September 2023.
[x] enabled national (more than one Sentinel-2 tile) capabilities for the raster and vector pipeline
[x] added change report vectorisation capabilities
[x] refactored pyeo_1 references to pyeo
