TIMELINE. Fix for the "text selection" bug for IE #171

Wenn using the timeline widget with the Internet Explorer there is a
problem with the handling as I might happen that you select some text (or
block elements) so that you can see blue rectangles all over the div.

Using

<div onselectstart="return false" ....

on the DIV (e.g. the DIV in that the timeline is rendered) this won't
happen anymore.
