consider pinning duckdb to 0.6.1 to avoid segfault #11

Something in 0.7.0 seems unhappy with the query to introspect the sqlite_master table. See https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb/issues/6315

0.7.1 was released yesterday. It has a fix for the issue, and the plugin seems to work with it, so closing
