export section should be in expando by default #23

Alternatively, it could be a modal, and we could put the link to display the modal much higher

Goal is to make this page much more about your data, have fewer boiler plate chunks

In fact there is already an (advanced) link in the other export section that we can repurpose to display a modal

A modal sounds lovely...but I did the simplest thing that could work. It's kinda ugly, and I'm amazed it's permitted.
