transfer ownership to cldf organization #37

when doing this, we don't need the repo to be private anymore, but I'll write a disclaimer that people using it for their applications before should wait until we publish the first version

I think, we could do it right now. What do you think? We still need tests and some refactoring and Cormac sent addons to the data, but otherwise I am content with the new model and name spaces (see the readme for details and examples)...
