More standard CLDF #105

sounds.tsv -> ParameterTable,
sources.tsv -> ContributionTable,
graphemes.tsv -> ValueTable

will allow validating cltsReferences as:

row["cltsReference"] in [sound.cldf.id for sound in clts.objects('ParameterTable')]

We don't really have something comparable enough to "language" objects, though. A value would require a languageReference, but we only have a contributionReference. But interpreting sources as "languoids" of some kind would seem more confusing than useful.
