Line 105 in BIPA diacritics lacks last columns #111

We (me and @PaprikaSteiger) ran into a mystery key error when using BIPA recently.

It turned out that we used an old pycldf version from before we made all missing columns read with NULL values (https://github.com/cldf/csvw/issues/40), and there are some missing columns in

I suggest in the spirit of backward-compatibility to add a few tabs at the end of that line.
