release candidate for v2.2.0 #128

I'm not sure whether that's v2.1.1 or v2.2.0. The changes since 2.1.0 are here: https://github.com/cldf-clts/clts/compare/v2.1.0...master

Cutting a release is mainly necessary, because some fixes are needed for the iecor dataset.
