Add sources #6

The speaker area data has sources (in feature['properties']['Sources']), referencing items in geographical_database_documentation.txt in the Geographic Database release.

@tjrant I looked for some of the references for the geodata in the Bedlan Zotero library, but e.g. "Grünthal and Salminen" doesn't seem to be there. Do you have these sources in a structured format - e.g. BibTeX?

I have all the references concerning the "Best practices" manuscript in Zotero. Unfortunately Geographical database references are not yet comprehensively there or in any other place.
