Search CLDF datasets on ZENODO
- crawl known communities, e.g. lexibank, cldf-datasets
- search for keywords:cldf:<module>
Cache info keyed by DOI
- enrich ZENODO metadata with path to *-metadata.json within unpacked download
Download datasets specified by Zenodo DOI (optionally - or prefered?) download the release zip from GitHub to get around Zenodo rate limit.

A Record would hold the metadata of a Zenodo deposit, parsed from the Datacite v4 schema metadata. Records could be created from_doi, or generated from an OAI PMH feed for a community, or generated from a keyword search.
