Error messages for datatype validation should be more telling #55

Just raising blank ValueError here https://github.com/cldf/csvw/blob/85d5821169f714d6736fd0ac9a4e70a51e4abc08/src/csvw/metadata.py#L322-L340 isn't very helpful.
