schema helper update #2

added documentation support, component, unique/value, type checking to the schema helper in core.clj. index has been changed to default to false, as it slows down the transactor and should be used only when someone knows what they are doing.

Thanks for the pull. I'm behind on pulls on other projects but I'll get to this eventually

I pulled this in 514cd190dbd437c006a178f2f32e5dfe83cd1990 and tweaked it some. Thanks!
