Fix extconf for 2.1.x #128

I've checked files in 210 and 211, they're identical, hence we can simply ignore build number for header_dir (and also delete 211). This commit fix installation with ruby 2.1.2 and it seems to work.

Thanks but ruby 2 is not supported, see the readme
