This resolves https://github.com/cleac/olifant/issues/28 . I've also repaired a problem detected when it's deleted all accounts.

Hi, thanks for proposal! I basically like fixing such bugs, although at first glance this feels a bit like a hack of kind :thinking: I'll take some time to review it a bit deeper and understand the solution
