Migrate to gulp 4 #80

Migration to Gulp 4, to be aligned with Betaflight Configurator. This adds the generation of the deb package to be aligned with the original code too.

I had a PR ready to add win64 and linux32 platforms. In this way both codes will be similar in 95% and easier to maintain.

The Cleanflight "brand" has been changed to "cleanflight" because a bug in the gulp-debian package. Will change it again when solved.
