Sadly no. This is still a XUL addon and Thunderbird 78 doesn't support it. Moreover, Thunderbird 78 doesn't provide API enough to implement this type addon. https://thunderbird-webextensions.readthedocs.io/en/78/ We need to file API proposals about managing of message filters to bugzilla.mozilla.org.
