Blank pop-up when creating or updating new issue

I've got a problem with blank pop-up windows in Thunderbird when I'm trying to create or update issue from e-mail. Here is output from debug mode:

Thanks, I've pushed a change 9c9aaeb to avoid this kind error.

BTW, the log looks saying that the Redmine instance responded nothing for a request to get the list of trackers. Is there any error logged to your Redmine?

It may be caused by permission of users on Redmine if this problem happens only on some users.

Some menu commands and the action commands (in your screenshot) are dynamically enabled or disabled based on the configuration of this addon.

• "Link to existing issue" will be enabled if the message is associated to any Redmine issue or the folder is mapped to any Redmine project with the options page of this addon. The folder will be treated as mapped to the default mapped project, if no specific folder is chosen. Otherwise the menu will be disabled.
• "Open linked issue" will also be enabled if the message is already associated to any Redmine issue, but it will be enabled whether the folder is associated to any project or not.
• "Open Web UI", "Create" and "Update" are always available.
