Update docs to include (UTC) where applicable #1

In the chaps faster payments section of the documentation - https://clearbank.github.io/docs/payments/#faster-payments-and-chaps

you can only send CHAPS payments between 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

As we are restricted by uk public holidays are we also restricted by UK times?

If this UTC? If so could the docs be updated to include this information e.g;

you can only send CHAPS payments between 08:00 – 17:00 (UTC) Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
