Map view: if location isn't detected, can map be zoomed into the greater Boston area? #41

This shouldn't be a problem.

Just a quick note about this one -- currently things are set up so that if the map is passed a particular location's ID, it will open the map to that location. If the map is not passed a particular location's ID, it will open the map to Boston, zoomed in (it used to be zoomed out so that all pins were showing, but I changed that in this most recent commit). The geolocation is currently only applied to the footer slider (which is doing a search to display the events within a 10 mile radius of your current location).
