We are already building SuSE packages with OBS, so even though we don't yet have an install guide for SuSE, we should consider setting up a Jenkins SuSE node (or two).

We now have an install guide for SLES (https://github.com/clearcontainers/runtime/pull/840), but still no SuSE systems in CI.

The install guide has landed, so we should be able to do this now.
