vendoring: revert virtcontainers revendoring #211

Last revendoring make K8s stop working because cc-runtime gets hanged when starting pods. With this commit, k8s pods will be able to be creatd.

Once https://github.com/clearcontainers/agent/pull/206 gets merged and we update our base image, this will not be needed anymore. Closing.
