Review build requirements that currently do not exist in Clear Linux #220

Some of these symbols were provided by Clear Linux packages in the past, but not anymore. Review them to see if they should be kept. Other symbols may be invalid, have typos, etc

FWIW, wxGTK-dev is wanted by FileZilla

Judy-dev is a requirement for dbengine functionality in the bundle netdata which is a very useful tool for servers and cloud.

I would very much appreciate seeing this added as the dbengine gives you the ability to see and store the data produced by netdata more efficiently.

Will add an issue in clearlinux/distribution if this doesn't get any attention in the coming days.

@jptuomi If I understood correctly, I think you should open the issue under distribution if it is content that is missing. This issue is really not going to be where we track that kind of information but is a more generic problem.
