Scope Yocto Support #16

There are efforts to integrate cve-check-tool into a new security framework under development that builds under Yocto/bitbake environment. There is an ask to the Yocto team to provide an intermediate file that the cve-check-tool can then read and understand the same as it does now for other format specifiers. For the latter we would need to create the functionality to parse such a file once/if that intermediate support is added by the Yocto team.

5.6 is landing today which will see the first proper validation of Yocto support.

any pointers to mailinglists etc. where this yocto support has been discussed? It is a bit hard to figure out how it is supposed to be used currently :)
