Add a timestamp in footer for when the report.html was generated #42

Question regarding the timestamp, local or UTC and what format.. ?

local to the device creating the report.html and format "Report generated May 9, 2016." That's my preference but I guess you could have a preferences configuration file that uses the linux date format and just parses that when generating the report so others can chose a date more applicable to their locale ie MM/DD/YY for USA etc.
